You can ensure that emails from specific addresses reach your Inbox, and not your junk or spam folder, by adding them to a safe senders list, which is also called “whitelisting”. Depending on your email program, you may add specific email addresses and/or domain names. Your email provider or security service (if you use one) has their own instructions for adding an email address to a whitelist.
